Young Carers
Are You A Young Carer?
Does your child carry out caring duties? If so, they could be a Young Carer here at Broomfields Junior School.
We support Young Carers in school and also work closely with the Young Carers Team at Warrington Carers Hub.Â
Broomfields Junior School has a Young Carer Champion, Mrs Plant, who is available in school, so any Young Carer that needs to share any worries, concerns or happy news can do so, at our drop ins sessions. Please feel free to email school if you wish to enquire about young carers: reception@broomfieldsjunior.tcat.uk.com

If you would like your child to be supported at school as a Young Carer, please contact school. Below is a flow chart of the referral process:Â
