Neuropathway referral process
If you are concerned about attention, impulsivity and hyperactivity, then a neuropathway referral would support a diagnosis for ADHD. The form above is the current form that you would need to complete in partnership with school. The CAST questionniare is the first recommended screening tool for this process, along with observations in class and at home. When completing a neuropathway referral, parents are asked to book the ND Conditions Learning Programme, as part of the referral process. This covers: Autism, ADHD and Sensory Processing Difficulties as well as specific learning difficulties.
