School Uniform
Our policy on school uniform is based on the notion that school uniform should:
- Promote a sense of pride in the school
- Encourage a sense of community and belonging towards the school
- Prevent children coming to school in fashion clothes that could be very expensive and distracting in class
- Make children feel equal to their peers in terms of appearance
- Be regarded as suitable wear for school and good value for money
- Be designed with health and safety in mind
- Help reduce inequalities and bullying between pupils
You will still be able to purchase the majority of the uniform at supermarkets at a more affordable price, just like now, if you so wish.
School Uniform
- Royal blue V-neck jumper (with or without school logo)
- Royal blue cardigan (with or without school logo)
- White shirt (long sleeved or short sleeved)
- Grey trousers, shorts, skirt or pinafore
- Royal blue and black striped tie
- Socks or tights to be white, grey or navy blue
- School shoes, not trainers

PE Kit
- White T-shirt (with or without school logo)
- Royal blue shorts or skort
- From the Touchline Website - Royal blue PE hoodie or zip-up hoodie with school logo and ‘Broomfields’ on the back. This can also be purchased without the logo or Broomfields on the back for a more affordable price. We felt it was important to have a PE top with Broomfields on the back as this can be worn for school trips and any sporting events that you child may take part in and would prefer for the children to have these. If your child is in receipt of free school meals and you would like support in purchasing this hoodie, please contact school.
- Plain navy-blue jogging bottoms, tracksuit bottoms or leggings – these must be plain and not have a branded logo – the uniform website does provide some suitable ones of these.
