Early Help
We understand that many children and families experience difficult times which can make a happy, successful school and home life a struggle.
If you have worries about your child, connected to school, it is always best to discuss these. You can talk to the class teacher, Mrs Morris Brown, the Head teacher, Mrs Plant, the Deputy Headteacher or any of the Senior Leadership Team who know your child and can work with you to address any issues.
Sometimes, there are other problems that parents or carers need some help with. These may be concerns outside of school. We are here to listen and offer support. We work in a non-judgmental way and we know that families come in all shapes and sizes! If we can’t help directly, we are able to signpost or refer parents and carers to appropriate support. Here are just some examples of the things we can help with:
- Supporting parents and carers to ‘get involved’ with school life
- Mental or physical health issues
- Housing and money worries
- Family relationship problems
- Bereavement and loss
- New starts and settling in
- Training, education and employment
- Parenting skills
We can meet with you in school, out in the community or visit you at home.
If you would like to speak with any member of staff from school you can also phone on: 01925 265297 or the forms are available to download below and we are happy to complete them in partnership with you.
